ABOUT PATCH DELTA
This patch allows you to play your GripBeats© in SURFACE MODE, as a chromatic MIDI keyboard.
Use your GripBeats© to play a MELODIC INSTRUMENT or a PERCUSSIVE DRUM KIT.
STEP 1 - Setup
PLACE your GripBeats© device on a flat surface.
TURN ON your GripBets© device.
TO CONNECT your GripBeats© device, watch here.
STEP 2 - PLAY
OPEN your favourite DAW (in this Tutorial we use Ableton Live).
To connect to other devices, watch here how to get started.
1. Create a new MIDI track to play a melodic instrument;
2. Create a new MIDI track to play a percussive drum kit.
